Accommodation

Norway is one of the most expensive countries in the world, and this is reflected in the prices of the hotels. It is, however, possible to find reasonable lodging. We will also offer free accommodation for those who are interested at Bergen Cathedral School (10-15 minute walk from the University/conference site) from Friday to Sunday. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag and ground sheet. If you are interested in this option, you need to register before 15. of May. For those who arrive Thursday we will try to arrange private lodging from Thursday to Friday. We will however need to know about this before 5. of May.

We will also organise breakfast at the school, and lunch at the University, for a small fee.

Downtown Bergen is small and manageable. All lodgings listed are within walking distance of the conference site, except Montana. These are the cheapest alternatives in Bergen:
